1. **Intake Packet**: The intake packet needs to be filled out and returned to us.
2. **Insurance Pre-Authorization**: Once the intake packet is received, we will begin the process of obtaining insurance pre-authorization.
3. **Clinical Clinician Assessment**: After pre-authorization, we will schedule a clinical assessment with one of our clinicians.
4. **Assessment Submission**: Once the assessment is completed, it will be sent to the insurance company for review and approval.
5. **Approval**: After the insurance company reviews the assessment and approves the number of hours for services, we will move forward with scheduling.
6. **Service Start**: Once approved, services will be scheduled to start with the assigned RBT.
